  I was frightened and shouted at by an incredibly rude and abusive man in my own bedroom( my husband happened to be out playing golf). We had a problem with an Armstrong floor in the ensuite supplied by Carpetright. He never answered a single question I asked. He suddenly demanded a screwdriver,why didn't he have one. I wasn't about to leave him alone in a room with many valuables. I grabbed a paper knife from my husband's office next door. It went from bad to worse. He actually put all his weight and his big heavy shoe where a foreign body/carpet tack? was causing a big bulge to appear in the floor covering. When I reacted angrily to this = after all I had covered it with soft coverings and we had gone barefoot he exploded and started shouting and cursing. He said he was going to do it for free because we had bought so many carpets in the past. How was I supposed to know first I'd heard of this. I asked him to go again and again and again. Finally he left the house only to return 5 mins later. I went upstairs,found his clipboard hoping this was why he was back. I had to throw it on the block paving.No way was he coming back in. No way was I opening the door. I phoned ColourBank to report this. NO RESPONSE! Hwever we have had about 6/7 nuisance calls. all number withheld .all heavy breathing.when I dial 1471 no joy! WHAT A COWARD! WHAT AN AMBASSADOR FOR COLOURBANK. Employee of the year = no way. Ladies be sure your husband is at home if he comes calling.

  Shop and carpet is brilliant , but person who come out to quote me was not a brilliant sales man , bitching about moving stuff saying its not worth it as more work moving a fridge washer and dishwasher ,but y should i exsplain id have it moved , so for this colour bank may not have my custom
